Based on the Church's activity following the movement of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost as recorded in Acts 2:42–47, we seek to lead people to grow spiritually and multiply in four important areas: fellowship, obedience, service, and missions.

This strategy describes the discipleship process through these key aspects of spiritual maturity according to the stages of spiritual development. Though a person's spiritual development cannot be forced into a grid, we find it helpful to think of this grown along a spectrum. This spectrum illustrates the goal for every person: to foster spiritual development that leads from belief to multiplication.

We connect each person to the church through relationships. From membership to Small Group and beyond, we want each member to build lasting relationships with others and multiply those relationships by leading others to join.

We teach God’s word and model obedience to lead each member toward spiritual maturity. Our goal is not increased knowledge but transformed living that God will use to lead others to know and follow Christ.

SERVICE – We challenge each member to discover and use his/her gifts for the common good of the church. God uses our combined and diverse service to meet one another’s needs, grow individual believers, and lead others to follow Christ.

We seek to make the gospel known in every corner of the world through the collective voices of our members. We equip and exhort each member to share Jesus with the person across the street and to support the work of sharing Him with all peoples around the world.
