3rd-6th grade are going to Crossing for Kids
Kids 4 Christ
This is a special class for children who have recently accepted Christ in which students learn more about their newly found faith and what it means to be a Christian. Held during Sunday School children may choose to attend one of two sessions: Mar. 2-16 OR Oct 19-Nov. 2.
Community Wide Egg Hunt
Kidzone Fun Nights
Baby Dedication Services
Parkway hosts a baby dedication service every three months where parents and relatives are able to make a commitment with the church to raise their children to believe in Christ. During this ceremony each baby is given a personal scripture that has been selected for them and a prayer is said over all of the families participating. Babies are not baptized at this time because we believe that is a personal choice which they must make after they have personally received Christ.
Vacation Bible School
This year our theme for Vacation Bible School is Outrigger Island-Living God's Unshakable Truth.
Backyard Bible Clubs
Both children and adults are encouraged to come with us to the various sites around Bardstown to share a love of Jesus with those who might not know him. We lead crafts, games, and devotions much like those presented the previous week in Vacation Bible School. Through this outreach, we hope to give children a heart for missions and compassion for those around them.
Kidzone Music Camp
Trunk 'N Treat
This alternative to trick or treating is an outreach to the community. Families are able to bring their children to the church parking lot where they can collect candy, bookmarks, bracelets, and other goodies from over forty themed trunks. The parking lot is roped off so that parents don't have to worry about their little ones being injured. Also, concession stand items are sold, so that families can fellowship with one another over chili, hot chocolate, and other delicious food.
We can't wait to see you here!
